Shipping Policy
At the Pool Shop, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. That’s why we’ve put together the following shipping policy to ensure that you receive your pool and spa products fast.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed (generally within 1). This may take longer during peak seasons.
Shipping Options
We offer standard shipping and options for our customers. Australia Post is our shipping partner. Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days for metro and some regional while some regional and rural deliveries take 2-8 business days. Shipping rates will be calculated either on a flat rate basis or vary depending on order size, carrier and location of the receiver.
We offer click-and-collect from our warehouse located at Unit 21, 7 Waynote Place, Unanderra NSW.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within Australia. We can ship to P.O. boxes or Parcel Locker addresses for smaller items. We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by weather, shipping carrier issues or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking
